Paulo Carvão is a Research Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at Harvard Kennedy School.
A former IBM executive, he brings more than 30 years of experience in technology and business leadership across global markets.
Paulo advises technology startups, invests in venture capital, and serves as the inaugural Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Harvard Kennedy School Institute of Politics GovLab.
